Food to No Longer Pay for - Pizza Crust - Make Your Own

Who doesn't love pizza?  With this recipe, you can always have pizza because most of us already have these ingredients at home.

 The following recipe makes one pizza crust.  You can double the recipe to suit your needs.

 1      1/4 oz package of yeast
1      cup water
1      tablespoon of oil (I recommend olive oil)
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  1. Mix the yeast in warm water until dissolved.
  2. Add / stir in oil and flour until it forms a ball.
  3. Now cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and place it on top of the stove while the oven is warming up.
  4. Let the dough sit on your stove that is preheating for 15 minutes.
  5. Spread on pizza pan, jelly roll pan or baking stone.  
  6. At this point, I bake my pizza crust for approximately 5 minutes just to ensure that the dough bakes prior to adding my toppings.
  7. After 5 minutes in the oven, remove the pizza crust, and top with pizza sauce (you can make this yourself - see below), meats, veggies, herbs and/or cheeses!    
  8. No cheese?  In a pinch, I use the grated parmesan cheese (from a can or jar), and it is delightful.  This combined with sliced green peppers is my favorite for a truly homemade taste. (Reminds me of childhood days when Mom bought the Chef Boyardee pizza kit!)
Homemade Pizza Sauce - You can use tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes, and just add garlic powder, oregano, or italian seasoning (to your taste).   

For an extra tasty touch - Once you have topped your pizza with all desired toppings and cheese, sprinkle with oregano.  

Once your pizza has all of its toppings, put back into oven for another 5 - 10 minutes (keep a close eye on it and leave in until the cheese is melted and browned to your liking).

Anyone here been out of work for quite some time and trying to find a way to start your own business so that you can get back to work and getting some income? I have been thinking that maybe it is the best and quickest way to earning money once more. Not to mention that perhaps in this day and age, it is best to be dependent on no employer. It is not wise to put so much money out up front at the beginning of any business.
